MLS finally admitted Donovan is moving to Germany and Bayern Munich, well at least until March 8th. Still don't know why it took so long for the league to make an announcement, but I am already excited to see Donovan suiting up with the likes Ribery and Toni. As We Wait For the Expansion Draft
The Expansion Draft takes place at 1 pm, and should kick off some player movement around MLS. Here are the highlights from yesterday's Champions League match between Bayern Munich and Steaua Bucuresti, two teams with connections to MLS; Landon Donovan is expected to be playing for Bayern soon and former FC Dallas player, Juan Toja, is on the books for Steaua.
